Ger Deering
Ger Deering is the Pensions Ombudsman. He was appointed Ombudsman on the 14th of May 2016 by the Minister for Social Protection. The role of the Pensions Ombudsman is to investigate complaints of financial loss due to maladministration and disputes of fact or law in relation to occupational pension schemes, Personal Retirement Savings Accounts (PRSA) and Trust RACs. Joan Bray
Joan is the Deputy Pensions Ombudsman. In addition to being Deputy, she investigates complaints made to the Office and makes recommendations to the Pensions Ombudsman, she also has Responsibility for the enforcement of Determinations made by the Pensions Ombudsman and other management functions.
