Meet the Pensions Ombudsman and his staff:

Paul Kenny
Paul Kenny is the Pensions Ombudsman. Paul was appointed Ombudsman on the 28th April 2003, by Ms Mary Coughlan, TD then Minister for Social and Family Affairs.
The role of the Pensions Ombudsman is to investigate complaints of financial loss due to maladministration and disputes of fact or law in relation to occupational pension schemes and Personal Retirement Savings Accounts (PRSAs).
The Pensions Ombudsman is completely independent in the performance of these functions and acts as an impartial adjudicator.

Joe Timbs
Joe, as Director of the Office of the Pensions Ombudsman, oversees the Investigation and Administration functions within the office in a manner which allows the Ombudsman to discharge his statutory role in an efficient and effective manner. He has a particular role in creating a strong public awareness of the services available from the Pensions Ombudsman.
