Meet the Pensions Ombudsman and his staff: 

Paul Kenny
Paul Kenny is the Pensions Ombudsman.  Paul was appointed Ombudsman on the 28th April 2003 by the then Minister for Social and Family Affairs and was re-appointed in April, 2009. The role of the Pensions Ombudsman is to investigate complaints of financial loss due to maladministration and disputes of fact or law in relation to occupational pension schemes, Personal Retirement Savings Accounts (PRSA) and Trust RACs.  The Pensions Ombudsman is completely independent in the performance of these functions and acts an an impartial adjudicator.  Paul can be contacted by phone at (01) 647 1650 or by email at info@pensionsombudsman.ie

John O'Toole
John, as Director of the Office of the Pensions Ombudsman, has responsibility for the running of the office and oversees the investigation and administration functions within the office to enable the Ombudsman to discharge his statutory role in an efficient and effective manner.  He has a particular role in creating a strong public awareness of the services available from the Pensions Ombudsman.  John can be contacted by phone at (01) 647 1650 or by email at john.otoole@pensionsombudsman.ie

Joan Bray
Joan is Senior Investigator. In addition to investigating complaints made to the Office and making recommendations to the Pensions Ombudsman, she has Responsibility for the enforcement of Determinations made by the Pensions Ombudsman and other management functions. Caitriona Collins
